Li Dong, male, born in December 1992, of the Manchu ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China, from Shuyan County, Liaoning Province, holds a doctoral degree and is an associate professor. 

Graduated from the Chemical Engineering Department of China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in June 2024, obtaining a Doctor of Science degree;

Joined the Chemistry and Chemical Engineering College of Shenyang Normal University (Energy and Environmental Catalysis Research Institute) in May 2025.
