Xiaoqiang Fan was a undergraduate student at Shandong Normal University (2005-2009), got her Ph.D. degrees from China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in 2015. She is currently an associate professor in the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Shenyang Normal University.
