Prof. Li obtained his PhD degree from Fritz Haber Institute of Max Planck Society in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, he is a postdoc in Prof. Metiu group in chemistry department of University of California, Santa Barbara. His main research interest is computational simulation of heterogeneous catalysis including light alkane dehydrogenation, CO₂ electrochemical reduction, single atom catalyst, and Li-S batter. He have already published 79 SCI indexed articles and H-index is 31. As corresponding author, he has publications on several renowned journals including ACS Catalysis (9), JACS (1), Appl. Catal. B(1)，J. Mater. Chem. A (3), Small(1)，JEC(2). Two authored papers are ESI highly cited articles. As corresponding authors, two papers have been selected as Annual Hot Paper by J. Mater. Chem. A (2017, 2018). One paper is Most Cited Paper on JACS during 2018-2019. American Chemical Society and Chinese Academy of Sciences have released news reports and commentary on Prof Li work. Prof. Li received a couple of fundings from National Natural Science Foundation, LiaoNing Province, and SINOPEC etc. Prof. Li also received several prestigious awards including ShenYang Outstanding Scholar, Senior Member of Chinese Chemistry Society, Editorial Board Member of Catalyst.
